The SS Galaxy, part of Sagittaria Estates, is located directly to the NorthWest of the main Sagittaria sims. Please feel free to teleport directly to the ship using the SLurl to the right. The Galaxy ship is currently 3 sims of beautiful living and exciting attractions featuring the gorgeous constellation lounge, an in-world movie theater, luxurious suites & staterooms and boasting fun planned events such as inner tube racing, helicopter rides and rock climbing. Everyone's invited, so join the Galaxy Cruise group to receive notices of events whether you're a resident of Sagittaria Estates, or just want to have a great time as our guest and visitor.
Carlton Properties is an affiliate of Sagittaria Estates and features the same type of beautiful living you will find in Sagittaria. Please use the SLurl's to the left to visit these locations. In this column to the left you will also find SLurls to each residential sim in Sagittaria. Together these sims offer a variety of attractive living styles and affordability.
Every home in Sagittaria features locking doors and window blinds, and also afford residents the ability to add roomates by way of a security wall panel. (The only exception being the Harbour Towers in Nunki Kai). Every building is also furnished with it's own prim counter to help you keep within your limit, and a wall mounted radio with all our favorite stations. (Again, the only exception being Harbour Towers).
Both Sagittaria and Charlton Properties have been beautifully rendered with unique and natural environments which lend distinctive high-quality atmosphere to the whole community. A full description of attractions and amenities as well as your rental agreement are available from each rental unit's rental box, and are also dispersed throughout the community in community centers and public areas.
